The Regulations consist of 4 chapters, 26 articles, including general provisions on: Scope of regulation; subjects of application; operating principles of the System; rights and responsibilities of organizations and individuals when using services on the System; responsibilities and prohibited acts of officials and civil servants receiving and resolving administrative procedures (APs) on the System. At the same time, it stipulates the management, operation, exploitation and use of the System; the responsibilities of related units and the responsibilities of organizations and individuals using the System.

Decision No. 55/2024/QD-UBND takes effect from December 30, 2024 and replaces Decision No. 11/2020/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on management, exploitation, operation and use of the Public Service Portal of Thai Nguyen province.

The Thai Nguyen province AP Settlement Information System is a system formed on the basis of merging the Online Public Service Portal with the Electronic One-Stop Shop Information System of Thai Nguyen province, including:

The external interface subsystem (Portal), which has the function of interacting and providing online public services to organizations and citizens;

The internal subsystem (One-Stop Shop), which has the function of supporting the receipt of dossiers, resolving, monitoring the processing status, and results of resolving APs of agencies and units;

Connection, integration, and data sharing with the Document Management and Administration System to process dossiers in the network environment;

Connection and integration with the National Public Service Portal to publicly post the results of resolving APs and provide online public services;

Connection and integration with the AP Settlement Information System of ministries and branches and other information systems as prescribed...
