The Decree amends and supplements Article 6 on subjects of educational cooperation.

Specifically, on the Vietnamese side: Private preschool education institutions, private general education institutions invested by domestic investors and ensuring operating conditions, established and operating in Vietnam.

Foreign parties:

a) Educational institutions established and operated legally abroad, operating for at least 05 years abroad as of the date of application submission and not violating the laws of the host country during the period of operation, providing direct teaching, having a valid certificate of educational quality assessment or being recognized by a competent foreign education agency or organization for educational quality.

b) Provide educational program established and operated legally abroad, operating for at least 05 years providing preschool or general education programs as of the date of application submission for educational linkage.

The Decree takes effect from November 20, 2024.
