Tan Thai commune has 2 projects are currently being implemented including Nui Coc Lake 5-star international resort that was approved by the province at the end of 2020, invested by Flamingo Holding Group JSC and the project of new residential area in Tan Thai commune, invested by Flamingo Holding Group JSC and Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company. The ground clearance work of the projects is still facing some problems due to the lack of agreement on the compensation price for some households; resettlement and the location to replace the cemetery...

At the conference, the delegates discussed and clarified a number of problems based on the actual situation in the locality and the characteristics of each project, in order to speed up site clearance. The Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant units and localities to deploy solutions to solve the problem. It is necessary to pay attention to solving the problem of resettlement for affected people... so that the project can be implemented as planned, he added.
