Thai Nguyen province determines that in the period 2024-2025, over 90% of online public services will be end-to-end, provided on various access devices, including mobile devices; 100% of people and businesses using online public services will be identified and electronically authenticated smoothly; 100% will have shared databases connected and shared throughout the province.
Thai Nguyen also focuses on developing digital government, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency towards modernizing the public administration, creating a transparent investment and business environment, improving the quality of service for people and businesses, and making two-way interaction between the government, people, and businesses more effective and faster.
Accordingly, from now until the end of 2025, Thai Nguyen will complete the construction of the digital government architecture (version 3.0); deploy the 1022 information system connecting people with the government; deploy AI-applied smart surveillance cameras; build a unified and flexible digital identification system and deploy digital maps for state management.
In the period 2024-2025, the province strives for the digital economy to continue to maintain over 30% of GRDP and complete the construction of the Project to establish the Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Zone to enhance competitiveness. At the same time, it will promote the development of a digital society and narrow the digital divide through the development of extensive, sustainable artificial intelligence and the expansion of training models and methods to improve digital skills for people.
Accordingly, right in 2024, 100% of universities and hospitals in the province will deploy 5G. This will serve as a premise for 2025, when 100% of residential areas will be covered by 5G, 100% of highways and national highways will be covered by 4G/5G broadband; 100% of Internet users will be able to access Gbps speed FTTH...
