Thai Nguyen: 100% of tested samples ensure food safety
Accordingly, the unit has taken 28 samples of OCOP certified products from 28 entities, including 19 tea samples in the districts: Dai Tu, Phu Luong, Dong Hy, Dinh Hoa and the cities: Thai Nguyen, Song Cong, Pho Yen; 4 rice samples in the districts of Phu Binh, Phu Luong, Dinh Hoa; 2 samples of dried vermicelli and glass noodles in the districts of Dong Hy, Vo Nhai; 1 sample of banh chung in Phu Luong district; 1 sample of nem bui in Phu Binh district and 1 sample of shiitake mushroom in Dai Tu district. In addition, the Department also collected 85 samples for monitoring at markets, concentrated production areas, and production and business establishments in 9 districts and cities in the province. Of which, there were 26 samples of tea, 17 samples of vegetables, 16 samples of fruits (grapefruit, custard apple), 9 samples of pork, 5 samples of chicken, 7 samples of pork leg, and 5 samples of seafood.
