The project has a scale of 3.2 hectares, including the following items: The ceremonial gate; the stone block with the name of the project; the reception house; the monument stele house; the memorial house of General Vo Nguyen Giap; the stone screen; the flagpole and other auxiliary items. The project has a total investment of nearly 43 billion VND from the Ministry of National Defense.

After nearly 10 months of urgent construction, the Project was completed, bringing a new look to the Relic, becoming an important cultural and historical highlight, contributing to educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation.
