At the meeting, the parties discussed the content of cooperation between Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union and Vietnam Airlines in training, developing, and supplying high quality human resources in the period 2024-2027; Organizing a career counseling day for youth union members, pupils, and students in the province to participate in working as Vietnam Airlines flight attendants.

In 2024, Vietnam Airlines will recruit 200 flight attendants. The recruitment process consists of 3 rounds: round 1 evaluates appearance, communication, and foreign language; round 2 is an interview with the recruitment committee; round 3 is a health check and background verification.
