In the 2022-2025 period, implementing the multidimensional poverty standard, the number of poor and near-poor households continues to decrease: In 2022, it decreased by nearly 10,000 households; in 2023, it decreased by more than 7,000 households. Currently, the whole province has more than 10,000 poor households and more than 9,500 near-poor households supported by the program to stabilize their lives.

Thanks to effective implementation, capital sources from the program have entered life, contributing to changing the face of difficult areas, improving people's lives, especially thousands of poor and near-poor households have been removed from the list of households in need of support and assistance each year. For the program to be implemented effectively, the Steering Committee and support teams at all levels are regularly improved. Mechanisms, policies, and guiding documents are promptly issued by the provincial authorities and functional branches, ensuring that capital reaches the right address.
