According to the report of the General Statistics Office, revenue from transportation and transportation support services in Thai Nguyen province in July 2024 is estimated at VND 704.4 billion, up 22.1% over the same period. Of which, passenger transport revenue is estimated at VND 141.3 billion, up 25.2%; freight transport revenue is estimated at VND 488.2 billion, up 16.2%.

Regarding passenger transport, in July 2024 alone, the volume of passenger transport is estimated at 3.1 million, up 22% over the same period. In the first 7 months of 2024, the volume of passenger transport is estimated at 20.5 million, up 15.2% over the same period. Regarding freight transport, in July 2024, the estimated volume of freight transport reached 5.1 million tons, up 12.8% over the same period. In the first 7 months, the estimated volume of freight transport reached 34.8 million tons, up 8.6%. In the first 7 months of 2024, the revenue from transport activities and transport support services in the province is estimated at 4,665.7 billion VND, up 13.4% over the same period.
