Implementing Decision No. 709/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2024 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan to implement Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW dated January 11, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated November 1, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration, the Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee has the following instructions:

Implementing Decision No. 709/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2024 of the Prime Minister

Assign the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and agencies, People's Committees of districts and cities based on the assigned tasks in Action Program No. 56-CTr/TU dated 13/3/2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Plan No. 141/KH-UBND dated July 26, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee, to organize the implementation of the contents of Decision No. 709/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2024 of the Prime Minister to ensure conformity, synchronization, effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

Based on the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology coordinates with relevant agencies, units and localities to implement.
