Implement Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated October 27, 2023 of the Prime Minister
1. Heads of departments and branches; Chairman of People's Committees of districts and cities
Urgently organize and thoroughly implement Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated October 27, 2023 of the Prime Minister to each agency, unit, and each officer, civil servant, and employee under their management.
- Organize serious and effective implementation of assigned tasks in Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated October 27, 2023 of the Prime Minister.
- Timely review and overcome shortcomings and limitations in administrative procedure reform; Regulate administrative discipline, create favorable conditions in resolving administrative procedures, and provide public services to serve people and businesses.
- Monthly and quarterly reports on implementation results (integrated in administrative procedure reform reports and administrative procedure control reports).
2. The Department of Information and Communications strengthens the review and completion of the province's administrative procedure resolution information system to ensure connection, integration, and synchronization of information and data with other national systems and databases, specialized databases serving the resolution of administrative procedures and providing public services in the electronic environment; Take the lead in coordinating with agencies, units and localities to integrate and synchronize data fully, accurately and regularly between the province's administrative procedure resolution information system and the National Public Service Portal to improve the province's indicators in the Ministry of Service Index for people and businesses in resolving administrative procedures and providing public services according to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister.
3. The Department of Home Affairs continues to strengthen the implementation of public service inspections under the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; promptly advise and propose competent authorities to handle agencies, units, officials, civil servants and public employees that violate regulations on receiving and resolving administrative procedures, causing difficulties and troubles, generating additional costs for implementing administrative procedures for people and businesses.
4. The Provincial People's Committee Office regularly monitors, guides and urges agencies, units and localities to carry out assigned tasks in Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated October 27, 2023 of the Prime Minister Government, summarizing the results of implementing the Directive in the province, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister according to regulations.
Based on the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, request agencies and units, localities to urgently implement./.
