The Department of Information and Communications shall preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, and relevant agencies, units and localities based on the content proposed by the Ministry of Information and Communications in the above Official Letter; organize the implementation and guide the exploitation and use of digital platforms deployed by ministries and branches to ensure efficiency, savings and compliance with regulations; regularly check and review to avoid deploying the province's digital platforms that overlap with digital platforms announced by ministries and branches.

Based on the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, relevant agencies and units coordinate to implement.
