1. Heads of departments, agencies, and presidents of People's Committees of districts and cities according to their assigned functions and tasks:

- Strengthen coordination, thoroughly implement the instructions of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the guiding documents related to the implementation of the Project 06 in the past time at agencies, units and localities.

- Focus on directing affiliated agencies and units to review and urgently implement the assigned tasks on schedule and with quality, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to perform the assigned tasks according to the Government and the Prime Minister's direction.

- Each agency, unit and locality must uphold their responsibilities, direct the effective implementation of relevant tasks of their respective branches and units and take responsibility before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the assigned tasks by industry or field in charge; periodically before the 15th of every month, make a report on the implementation progress of Project 06 and send it to the Provincial Police for summarizing and reporting in accordance with regulations.

2. The Provincial Police have well performed the role of Standing Committee on the implementation of Project 06 of the province, providing effective solutions, advising and helping the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to monitor, urge and inspect the implementation progress of agencies, relevant units and localities in performing tasks related to the implementation of Project 06 in the province and compiling full reports according to regulations.
