Maintain the young generation of Thai Nguyen people born, studying, and working abroad always looking towards Vietnam, towards their roots. The Department of Foreign Affairs requests agencies and units to implement activities within the framework of the Vietnamese Language Honor Day Plan 2024 (September 8 every year) following the functions and tasks of their agencies, and to report on the implementation of activities to the Department of Foreign Affairs before November 15, 2024, so that the Department of Foreign Affairs can synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
