Decision on Issuing Regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in Thai Nguyen province

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing with this Decision are the Decision, Regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in Thai Nguyen province.

Article 2. Effectiveness

1. This Decision takes effect from August 1, 2024.

2. This Decision replaces the following decisions:

a) Decision No. 31/2014/QD-UBND dated August 22, 2014, of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province on promulgating regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in Thai Nguyen province.

b) Decision No. 20/2016/QD-UBND dated July 6, 2016, of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province on amending and supplementing some articles in the Regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in Thai Nguyen province, issued together with Decision No. 31/2014/QD-UBND dated August 22, 2014 of the People's Committee of the province.

Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities; Heads of relevant units and organizations and people whose land is recovered are responsible for implementing this Decision.
