+ 100% of employees participating in foreign language training and fostering (according to registration) complete the training and fostering program.
- Strive to have about 30% of workers participating in foreign language training and fostering reach level A1 (equivalent to Level 1, 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam issued with Circular No. 01/ 2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training).
