During the working trip, on October 1, Secretary General of the Mongolian People's Party Yangug Sodbaatar spent time privately receiving leaders of Thai Nguyen province. The Secretary General of the Mongolian People's Party and the Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee spent time introducing and discussing the potential, strengths, and opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the fields of: Agriculture; scientific research; healthcare; education and mineral exploitation and processing. In fact, cooperation between the two sides is present in Thai Nguyen province in the fields of education and training, agriculture. Specifically in the field of education and training, Thai Nguyen University has cooperated with the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia, the National University of Agriculture of Mongolia, in which a number of activities have been implemented such as: Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry signed a memorandum of understanding with Ulan Bator University since November 2019; universities in Thai Nguyen province have policies to support training scholarships for Mongolian international students.
