To meet the new, spacious and modern facilities for the city's administrative agencies, contributing to improving productivity, working efficiency and serving the people, from the local budget, Pho Yen city has invested 400 billion VND to build the working headquarters of the city's agencies. The project is implemented with a total area of over 38,000m2, including: 8-storey working headquarters and auxiliary items such as: Yard, garden and parking lot... Up to now, the project has completed the rough construction, basically completed the technical floor and is moving towards completing the items according to the design.

Mr. Duong Van Dung, Deputy Director of the Project Management Board of Pho Yen City, Thai Nguyen, said: We are focusing all resources, means and machinery, combining with other parties to speed up the construction progress, ensuring completion according to the set plan. Along with investing in implementing projects, the city also devotes many resources to improving the criteria for building advanced and exemplary new rural areas in the area. Implementing the New Rural Construction Project for the period 2021-2025, Pho Yen has mobilized over 588 billion VND to invest in building and upgrading over 370km of rural roads; allocating over 44,500 tons of cement to solidify over 200km of roads in 5 communes. In 2024, the city strives to build Phuc Thuan commune to meet the model New Rural standards and 2 communes: Thanh Cong and Minh Duc to meet the advanced new rural standards

Mr. On Van Huan - Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Thuan Commune, Pho Yen City shared: The New Rural Construction Management Board of the communes has developed a plan, all levels and sectors and the people are interested in building the project, contributing human and financial resources to the process of building the new countryside.

From the beginning of 2024 to now, despite many difficulties and challenges, Pho Yen City has focused on leading and directing all levels, sectors, localities, enterprises, and production and business establishments to proactively and synchronously deploy, resolutely and effectively implement tasks and goals of socio-economic development and achieved many positive results. The total production value in the area of some key sectors is estimated at nearly 391 billion VND, of which the industrial production value is estimated at over 385 billion VND; Maintaining and improving the quality of criteria of a type III urban area, attracting many investment projects in the area; Security, politics, social order and safety in the area are always guaranteed and maintained.

In particular, after more than 01 year of implementing Resolution No. 08-NQ/TU dated May 19, 2023 of the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee on building Pho Yen into a Type II Urban Area by 2025; according to the provisions of Resolution 26 dated September 21, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Pho Yen has now achieved 82.94/100 points. Out of a total of 63 standards, the city has achieved 58 standards.

Mr. Bui Van Luong - Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Pho Yen City said: Immediately after the Resolution was issued, we built an action program, organized dissemination to all levels, sectors and people, creating consensus when implementing.
