On the afternoon of March 25, the delegation of the National Defense Academy led by Lieutenant General Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Academy, came to offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Memorial House in ATK Dinh Hoa.

The group offered incense and flowers to express their respect and gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh's great contributions to the cause of the struggle for national liberation. Next, the delegation visited and heard an introduction to the Tin Keo relic, where many important meetings of the Party Central Committee took place. In particular, on the night of December 6, 1953, President Ho Chi Minh chaired a Politburo meeting to approve the Winter-Spring Battle Plan for 1953-1954, determined to destroy the Dien Bien Phu stronghold group.

The delegation also offered incense at Pu Don Hill Relic, Phu Dinh commune, where on May 28, 1948, President Ho Chi Minh chaired the ceremony to bestow the first General of our Army on Comrade Vo Nguyen Giap, General Commander of the National Army and Vietnam Militia and Self-Defense Force.
