Period 2021-2025, Pho Yen City has 3 communes registered to build advanced new rural areas including: Phuc Thuan, Minh Duc and Thanh Cong. Through review, up to now, Phuc Thuan commune has achieved 19/19 criteria, Minh Duc commune has achieved 14/19 criteria, Thanh Cong commune has achieved 8/19 criteria. 7 hamlets in Phuc Thuan and Minh Duc communes meet model rural village standards.
