Discussing at the conference, leaders of the provinces affirmed the important role and motivation from emulation movements. In which, the organization of thematic and irregular emulation plays an important role in the implementation of key tasks such as: Building a new countryside; Clearance; Investment attraction, administrative reform... Deploying emulation tasks in 2023, the provinces in the cluster will closely follow the direction of the Central Government and local practices to effectively organize emulation movements, strengthen cooperation, linkage and development among regions in the Cluster. Seven northern midland and mountainous provinces have signed emulation agreements, striving to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in 2023.
