The objective of the campaign is to promote propaganda and mobilize people to change their habits and lifestyles, as well inefficient farming and livestock which causes unsanitary conditions and environmental pollution, affecting health and quality of life, gradually forming a civilized lifestyle, scientific and effective farming production methods; propagate the construction of cultural life in residential areas; planting trees and flowers along the roads; environmental sanitation, waste collection and treatment…... At the program, the Fund for the Poor of the district donated funds to build 10 great solidarity houses, worth 50 million VND/house. Representatives of sponsors supported the construction of 4 houses in Yen Trach commune with total value of 500 million VND.
