Accordingly, 6 programs received additional capital, including: Loans to poor households of 12 billion VND; Near-poor households of 10 billion VND; New households escaped poverty of 19 billion VND; Clean water and rural environmental sanitation of 51 billion VND; Support for job creation, maintenance and expansion from the capital mobilized by the Social Policy Bank of 40 billion VND and loans to people who have completed their prison sentences of 10 billion VND. As of early April 2024, the Provincial Bank for Social Policies managed 4,808 billion VND, an increase of 156 billion VND compared to the end of 2023. Of which, the capital allocated by the Central Bank for Social Policies was 4,562 billion VND. The local budget entrusted a loan of 246 billion VND.
