Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other leaders offered incense at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu battlefield
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954-May 7, 2024), at 7 a.m on May 7, in Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province, leaders and former leaders the Party, State and Dien Bien province led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh respectfully laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign for the cause of nation liberation, gaining independence and freedom for the Fatherland, at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple.

The Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu battlefield was started on March 13, 2021, on the 67th anniversary of the opening of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign. The temple is located on Hill F Monument (Muong Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City) belonging to the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Historical Relics complex, which has been ranked as a Special National Monument. The project demonstrates solemnity and sacredness, worthy of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and the great sacrifices of martyrs and compatriots across the country at the Dien Bien Phu battlefield.
