Accelerating ground clearance for key projects

Currently, Thai Nguyen province has 4 projects invested by the Provincial Management Board of Traffic Construction Projects, facing difficulties and problems in compensation, site clearance and land appraise. They are projects: the Belt Road 5 of Hanoi capital region; upgrading the route connecting Cu Van - An Khanh (Dai Tu) - Phuc Ha (Thai Nguyen city); upgrading the route connecting Hoa Thuong - Hoa Binh, Dong Hy district; Hong Tien resettlement area, Hong Tien Commune, Pho Yen Town. The main reason is that many households do not agree with the resettlement land apprise and the method of compensation.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked the People's Committees of related districts to continue advocating and propagating to create consensus among affected people. For the case of inappropriate appraisement, local People's Committee should review the price to submit to the provincial People’s Committee.
