Thai Nguyen strives to balance the local budget

The Ministry of Finance held an online conference to connect with 63 provinces and cities to summarize the financial and state budget work in 2022; deploying tasks in 2023. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a speech. Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of related departments and agencies attended at Thai Nguyen bridge.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Trinh Viet Hung emphasized: In 2022, the province's finance - state budget work has been implemented proactively, closely and maintain the budget balance. State budget revenue in the province is estimated at 18,540 billion VND, equal to 127.4% of the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance. He also affirmed that Thai Nguyen province strives to self-balance the local budget, and at the same time regulates 4% of the revenues divided according to regulations, becoming the 16th locality in the country with the regulated rate about the central budget…
