For the 18-storey social housing building, the construction unit has completed the foundation, the columns on the 2nd floor. For the low-rise social housing area, the foundation has completed and started to assemble the 2nd floor for over 20%. The social housing project - Dai Thang residential area has a total area of 11.08 hectares, with a scale of 250 plots of land (including 100 3-storey shophouses and 150 plots). In particular, the project has 8,432m2 of land assigned by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province to TNG LAND Joint Stock Company to build social housing. Accordingly, TNG LAND will invest in building 395 social housing units, including: 34 2-storey townhouses; 1 18-storey apartment building with 361 apartments, with a total floor area of over 24,600m2.
