At the program, the Provincial Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Protection of Children's Rights awarded 10 scholarships (worth 5 million VND/scholarship) to students of primary, secondary and high schools in the district who are in difficult circumstances and have good academic performance. These scholarships are sponsored by TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

This is one of the activities organized annually by the Provincial Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Protection of Children's Rights to support students in difficult circumstances to be good and studious. Since the beginning of 2024, the Association has mobilized units and businesses to organize sponsorship activities for over 2,230 people with disabilities, orphans, patients, poor students overcoming difficulties... with a total budget of nearly 2.7 billion VND.
