At the conference, district leaders popularized and thoroughly grasped the steps and procedures to review and supplement the planning in accordance with Regulation No. 50 dated December 27, 2021 of the Politburo on personnel planning; Instruction No. 16 of the Central Organization Committee on some specific contents of staff planning and Regulation No. 98 of the Standing Board of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee. After approving the list of additional reviews and cadres planning for the 2020-2025 term;

2021 – 2026 and the term 2025 – 2030; 2026 - 2031 including 8 positions: Member of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee; Member of Standing Committee of District Party Committee; Secretary; Deputy Secretary; Chairman of the People's Council; Vice Chairman of the People's Council; The Chairman of the People's Committee and the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, the delegates conducted the process of steps, discussed to vote for the cadres who have been reviewed the planning to the positions as prescribed.
