Developing broadband fiber optic Internet for digital transformation
With the advantages of high-speed, stable access and reasonable investment costs, broadband fiber-optic Internet is increasingly popular, creating an infrastructure foundation for the digital transformation process in the province.
According to statistics of the Department of Information and Communications, the province currently has 100% of agencies and units in the administrative system and 72% of households using this service. By the beginning of 2023, the whole province had 99.7% of hamlets connected to broadband Internet via fiber optic network infrastructure. The download speed of this service also has a high growth rate, increasing by nearly 30% compared to 2021, equivalent to the national average.
