This is a project implemented in Thai province from May 2021 with the goal of increasing income and developing quality of life through investment and capital support for poor and near-poor households for economic development.

In phase 2, with a total capital of over 7 billion VND, the project has supported 233 households to develop their family economy. Speaking at the signing ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Women's Union emphasized that Thai Nguyen province still has over 10 thousand poor households, over 9,500 near-poor households. Among them, there are over 8,600 poor and near-poor women who are heads of households. The implementation of the project "Village of Hope", phase 3 is important, continuing the success of the previous two phases.
