During 10 days, the Provincial Culture and Arts Center transmits how to restore, exploit and promote traditional folk art forms; preserving national cultural identity; how to make tea; build the structure of a general art program with a minimum duration of 45 minutes with the theme "praise the Party and Uncle Ho", "praise the homeland", "praise the land and people of Thai Nguyen" through various forms and genres: Group singing and dancing, solo, duet, trio, group, contemporary dance, folk dance, solo of traditional musical instruments.
