According to the ranking of national administrative agency service satisfaction index in 2023 announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Thai Nguyen province ranked 2nd among 63 provinces and cities with 90.22%, an increase of 4.03% compared to with 2022, reaching the goals set out in the plan.

Regarding the administrative reform index, Thai Nguyen province ranks 6th in the country with a score of 90.76%, up 3.4% compared to 2022, up 3 positions compared to 2022, ranking 2nd among the northern mountainous and midland region, 3rd year in the top 10 leading provinces and cities in the country. At the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs highly appreciated the efforts of central agencies and local authorities, and recommended that they continue to maintain and improve the index to a high level, and at the same time take measures to improve that index to better serve businesses and people.
