During the 2019-2024 term, the Thai Nguyen City Association for Learning Promotion focused on consolidating the association's organization, recruiting nearly 8,800 members, bringing the total number of members to nearly 78,000, accounting for 26% of the total population in the area. The association also promoted communication and mobilization to build "Learning Families," "Learning Lineages," and "Learning Communities." To date, the entire city has nearly 79,500 out of 85,500 families achieving "Learning Family" status, 56 out of 60 lineages achieving "Learning Lineage" status, and 396 out of 401 residential groups and hamlets achieving "Learning Community" status... For the 2024-2029 term, the Thai Nguyen City Association for Learning Promotion sets out key tasks such as: Increasing the membership rate to 30% of the total population in the area; 100% of residential groups, hamlets, agencies, units, and schools establishing and effectively operating learning promotion chapters and boards; 90% of families recognized as "Learning Families"; 90% of lineages achieving "Learning Lineage" status; and 90% of residential groups and hamlets achieving "Learning Community" status... At the Congress, delegates elected 25 comrades to the 5th Executive Committee for the 2024-2029 term.
