At the program, students were provided with information and state regulations on labor and employment; domestic and international labor markets; career orientation; vocational training; policies for working abroad under fixed-term contracts... In recent years, policies on labor and employment have been effectively implemented by the People's Committee of Phu Binh district, contributing to job creation for residents. In 2024, over 3,100 workers in the district were employed; the rate of trained laborers reached 77.5% (an increase of 0.3% compared to 2022).
