Phu Binh speeds up budget collection

Since the beginning of the year, the Phu Binh District People's Committee has issued a decision to recover and approve compensation plans and support site clearance for nearly 500 households, with an area of 20.18 hectares, with a total compensation cost of 125.7 billion VND. In addition, the District People's Committee also directed the Pho Yen - Phu Binh Tax Department to coordinate with specialized agencies to strengthen revenue management, coordinate collection and handle tax debts; review and strictly manage revenue sources; regularly urge and propagate taxpayers to fulfill their obligations according to regulations.
Following the direction of the District People's Committee and the Tax Department, the Regional Tax Department has developed a monthly and quarterly implementation plan, assigning specific tasks to each officer and tax team. Along with that, the unit has also promoted propaganda and support for taxpayers on reforming and modernizing the tax sector, guiding the application of digitalization, electronic transactions... Since the beginning of the year, the unit has coordinated to implement 27 propaganda programs on the media; distributed 2,500 documents, leaflets, and brochures compiled by the General Department of Taxation; organized 2 training courses for taxpayers with 230 participants... Due to the synchronous solutions implemented, as of August 25, the total state budget revenue in Phu Binh district was more than 295 billion VND, reaching 60.62% of the assigned task. Some of the high revenue targets are: Land rent reached over 119 billion VND, exceeding the annual plan by 19.05%; non-state revenue reached over 34 billion VND, equal to 91.52% of the annual plan; registration fee reached 23.6 billion VND, equal to 71.57% of the annual plan...

Mr. Pham Duy Phuong, Deputy Head of the Pho Yen - Phu Binh Tax Department, said: "The Tax sector has continuously sent documents requesting specialized departments and branches to transfer information and documents to determine financial obligations regarding land rent and land use fees payable for projects that have had land allocation decisions and land price approvals".
Determined to ensure budget collection according to the set plan, from now until the end of the year, Phu Binh will drastically implement solutions to complete tax collection, especially land use fees. To complete this target, the District People's Committee directed agencies and units to speed up the site clearance of residential area projects such as: Urban Area No. 6, No. 2 of Diem Thuy new urban area; Urban Area No. 2B in Huong Son town; Diem Thuy Industrial Cluster; Northwest Residential Area in Kha Son Commune, Ngoc Xuan Residential Area in Xuan Phuong Commune...
