This year's tourism season not only marks the return of familiar activities but also opens up a series of unique experiences, promising a tourism season unlike any other in the province's history.

“Nep vai” sticky rice and products made from “nep vai” sticky rice in Phu Luong district are precious gifts and attract tourists from near and far with their gentle aroma, rich flavor, and characteristic stickiness. While Phu Binh district has Thau dau sticky rice, which makes the famous Úc Kỳ soy sauce, Phu Luong has also achieved initial success in building and developing “nep vai” sticky rice into a key agricultural product.

Recently, Thai Nguyen province has always proactively allocated resources, exceeding the counterpart budget for many years, to invest in the development of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas. This contributes to narrowing the development gap and gradually improving the quality of life for people in mountainous and highland areas.

Despite numerous challenges, Thai Nguyen’s industrial sector recorded positive growth in the first five months of 2025. Several key industries achieved double-digit increases, contributing to an overall 7.76% growth for the sector, underscoring the vital role of industry as a driving force in the province’s economic development.

Operating for 12 years in Diem Thuy Industrial Park, KD Heat Technology Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. (belonging to KD Group, Japan) has always maintained stable production and sustainable development.

Tan Do hamlet, Hoa Binh commune (Dong Hy) is home to 120 households, of which more than 95% are Nung ethnic people. In recent years, the people here have constantly strived to develop their economy and preserve and promote their cultural identity, gradually building a prosperous and happy life.

With total revenue reaching nearly VND 10,200 billion, up over 44% year-on-year, Thai Nguyen is demonstrating a strong economic rebound. Domestic revenue, especially from land use rights and non-state service sectors, remains a bright spot in the province’s fiscal landscape.
