The goal of the project is to strive to ensure support for building new houses and repairing houses for over 300 poor and near-poor households. The minimum cost to build new houses for poor and near-poor households is 130 million VND/house. Funding support from the Fatherland Front Committee for new construction is 50 million VND/house; Repair support level is 25 million VND/house.

In addition, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, campaign committees of the Fund for the poor at all levels and member organizations promote their roles and responsibilities, report to the Party Committee, and coordinate with the government to do a good job of propaganda and encourage organizations, individuals, families, clans, and communities to actively contribute funds, labor, construction materials... to support house construction to ensure the proposed plan.
