Revenue of businesses in industrial parks increases by 13%

In the first 6 months of 2024, production and business activities of enterprises in the province's industrial parks achieved good growth, with total revenue reaching 16.974 billion USD, an increase of 13% over the same period of 2023; Export value reached 13.23 billion USD, up 9% over the same period.

Also in the past 6 months, the province's industrial parks had 10 new projects put into operation, creating new jobs for 6,815 workers, bringing the total number of workers in the province's industrial parks to 88,382 people. The average income of workers in industrial parks reaches 9 million VND/person/month.

Currently, Thai Nguyen has 5/11 industrial parks in operation, including: Song Cong I, Song Cong II, Diem Thuy, Yen Binh and South Pho Yen. The province's industrial parks have attracted 313 production and business investment projects. Of these, 174 projects have foreign direct investment (FDI), with a total registered capital of more than 11.3 billion USD; 139 domestic direct investment projects (DDI), with a total registered capital of 22,410 billion VND.
