Public administrative service center brings satisfaction to local people

Since coming into operation, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has been the only focal point in receiving and returning results, handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of departments, agencies. According to statistics, up to now, the Center has received over 100,000 administrative procedures. Especially, over 99% of citizens and organizations satisfied and very satisfied.
The satisfaction index on general administrative services of Thai Nguyen province in 2021 reached 94.8%, an increase of 0.4% compared to 2020. This result has the contribution of the Public Administration Service Center that was highly appreciated by people and business community inside and outside the province.
