Improving capacity of agricultural extension staff

With various contents, the training program helped the participants update useful knowledge which includes: Making and analyzing production and business plans; managing cooperatives, financial management and accounting; communications, marketing, advertising; designing product packaging. In addition, the participants also learned about product development, market access and exploitation of local resources, OCOP products; techniques, new technologies for tea production and medicinal processing... As part of the training program, trainees will visit to learn at an establishment. Through the training course, key staff of some cooperatives and grassroots agricultural extension offices in the province will access good knowledge, apply it in practice, and bring high efficiency.
