The delegation of Gyeongsangbuk province (South Korea) had a visit and friendly exchange in Thai Nguyen province from October 19-22.
At Phu Xa Primary School (Thai Nguyen City), the delegation visited and exchanged with teachers and students and donated some learning and sports equipment to the school. After that, the delegation worked with the committee of La Bang commune, Dai Tu district and heard about the new model of Saemaul Undong village implemented here.
After visiting the cultural house of Rung Van hamlet funded by the Korea New Rural Globalization Fund and experiencing tea cooperatives as well some economic models of La Bang people, Mr. Kweon Dae Soo – Head of the delegation of Gyeongsangbuk province (Korea) happily shared “Through the report on the socio-economic situation of La Bang commune and the practical experience, I think that the Semaul project has promoted effectively. The people are doing business very well. They know how to promote local strengths to enrich themselves and their homeland. Hopefully, in the coming time, the two provinces will continue to cooperate in more fields, thereby contributing to strengthening the friendship relationship between Thai Nguyen and Gyeongsangbuk"
With the desire to enhance mutual understanding and affection, the Gyeongsangbuk provincial delegation had exchanges in badminton and tennis with officials working in departments and branches of Thai Nguyen province

The visit aims to strengthen the friendly cooperative relationship between Thai Nguyen province (Vietnam) and Gyeongsangbuk (Korea), and at the same time opens up opportunities for cooperation in many fields, contributing to promoting the relationship between the two countries better and better.
