Dinh Hoa proactively prevents forest fires in the dry season
Dinh Hoa district currently has nearly 33,700 hectares of forest, of which special-use forests are more than 5,500 hectares, protective forests are more than 9,950 hectares and production forests are more than 17,900 hectares. According to statistics from the authorities, about 60% of households in the district develop their economy based on afforestation, so forest fire prevention and control is important to people's lives.
To do this well, Dinh Hoa has synchronously deployed many solutions, such as: Propagating and guiding to raise people's awareness; implementing the "4 on-site" motto well; effectively implementing policies to support forest development. Therefore, in the past 3 years, there have been no fires causing major damage to the forest.
