Through the examinations, in the first 6 months of the year, the Department of Transport issued a total of 7,947 new driving licenses, of which 2,268 automobile driving licenses; and 5,679 motorcycle licenses. Receive and resolve 46,442 administrative procedure files including 1,236 online files, and return results via the Provincial Post Office for 8,278 files. 100% of administrative procedures documents are completed accurately, promptly and on time. Regarding the management of vehicles and drivers, by extracting data from the trip monitoring device, the Department of Transport has issued warnings to correct vehicles that violate speed and driving time, the vehicles do not transmit data to the trip monitoring device; decided to revoke licenses of 144 vehicles belonging to 128 transport business units; issued a decision to revoke transport business licenses of 6 units.
