Consumer Price Index in February increases by 1.26% compared to the previous month

According to the Department of Statistics, the index of general consumer goods and services in February 2022 in the province increased by 1.26% compared to the previous month and by 1.59% over the same period. There are 9 out of 11 groups of goods and services increasing in price. In which, the traffic group increased the highest at 14.36%. In general, the average consumer price index in the first two months of 2022 increased by 1.68% over the same period and is expected to continue to increase if gasoline and oil prices rise, which may cause inflation and affect the economic recovery in the context of the epidemic.
