Training conference on people-to-people diplomacy

On March 15, in Phu Binh district, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized a training conference on people's foreign affairs. Over 220 delegates representing the Fatherland Front Committee of communes, wards and towns; Front Working Committee of hamlets and residential groups of Song Cong city, Pho Yen city and Phu Binh district attended the conference.
