Temporary traffic organization plan to serve the street art program: Mid-Autumn festival in tea land in 2023

The People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province has just approved a plan to temporarily organize traffic on a number of urban roads in Thai Nguyen city to serve the street art program: Thai Nguyen - a radiant city in October - Mid-Autumn festival in tea land in 2023.
Accordingly:
- Prohibit vehicles on Doi Can street:
+ September 28, 2023: From 12:00 to 24:00
+ September 29, 2023: From 15:00 to 24:00.
- Prohibit vehicles on Hoang Van Thu street (section from the city center round island to Dong Quang round island):
+ September 28, 2023: From 18:00 to 24:00.
+ September 29, 2023: From 18:00 to 24:00
