Every year, the Management Board of Thai Nguyen Provincial Industrial Parks carries out propaganda, dissemination, and education of legal knowledge related to planning, construction, land, construction permits, and other issues. At the same time, the Management Board reformed the administrative procedure system, shortening the time for granting construction permits from 20 days to 15 days. From the beginning of the year until now, the Industrial Park Management Board of Thai Nguyen province has guided and supported investors and contractors to apply for 7 construction licenses and conducted feasibility assessments for 6 projects.
