7/9/2024 Thai Nguyen Corner Wild bitter melon – “Bitter pills may have blessed effects”

Favored by nature with a climate and soil suitable for agricultural and forestry economic development, in recent years, Phu Luong district has focused on encouraging and creating conditions for people to develop many different types of crops, forming typical local products. One of the typical agricultural products of the district is wild bitter melon. On an early autumn day, when wild bitter melon was in harvest season, we visited Tien Phong Agricultural Cooperative in Yen Trach commune, Phu Luong district to learn about the process of growing and processing this fruit into healthy products.
