To date, the district has 63 cooperatives operating in the agricultural sector with over 1,400 regular workers. The district has 9 traditional craft villages operating effectively, creating jobs and income for many workers such as: Phuong Do fine art carpentry village, Xuan Phuong commune; Horse breeding and horse product processing village, Duong Thanh commune; Traditional Tuong Nep craft village, Uc Ky commune... Along with encouraging the establishment of cooperatives, the district People's Committee has paid attention to supporting capital and transferring science and technology to cooperatives and production establishments.

From 2021 to present, the district has 9 establishments supported by the industrial promotion project, with a total implementation capital of nearly 3.6 billion VND. In the period of 2021-2024, the District People's Committee also coordinated the implementation of 9 projects to develop the production of key products with a total budget of over 14 billion VND. Participating in the projects, many cooperatives were supported with machinery, equipment, product packaging, biological products, etc.
